Room was exceptionally clean and looked recently remodeled. I accidentally got a magnet near my room keys so I had to get them reset. Then my kid left the room with the keys still inside so we had to get them remade to get back in. Both times the front staff were courteous and quick resolving our issues We took the airport shuttle at 4:30am for an early flight which was a big benefit of staying here. I never heard other guests in the hotel and didn't see any craziness in the parking lot. They ask for a damage deposit just like the other 6 hotels we have stayed in over the last month. Nothing new or unusual for us.

In addition to the staff being friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and ready to go upon my arrival and my request for peace and quiet was honored from the moment I got here. They even have a breakfast nook with an American breakfast included in my stay so waking up to a hot meal and fresh coffee is always a good way to start your day. Even the pool and the other facilities were clean and well kept and in use by a small family and not crowded. Fantastic and let's see what

The on-site management was very helpful with the airport shuttle, the check-in was smooth and the newly renovated room was comfortable. The adjacent restaurants, "Opera" (Korean/American food} and Namaste (Indian) both had tasty food at reasonable prices. Will stay at Quality Inn Portland PDX again.

Shuttle was unavailable when I arrived at the airport, but the cause was explained and it arrived earlier than predicted. Matty was a delightful driver. All employees were especially welcoming and friendly.

Room was very clean. Great price and location near the airport. Staff also very welcoming and helpful, I was recommended places to visit. Will be staying here again, when I'm visiting for the summer.
